Chaudhuri Oration to honor those who have made significant contributions to promote and enhance child health. IJP also provides travel support and followships to young pediatricians to attend various conferences and financial support to pediatricians and other health workers to hold health camps in rural areas.

Aims and Scope
The Indian Journal of Pediatrics, an International monthly pediatric journal, was established in 1933 by late Dr. K.C. Chaudhuri. It is the oldest specialty journal in South-East Asia keeping track with the current trends in the world of pediatrics. The journal aims to publish and propagate the latest research and medical
achievements in pediatrics and child health, including genetics.
